FBS (financial business services) was established in 1996 by Richard B Fletcher. With the humble beginnings of bookkeeping and tax returns, saw paper and pencil, not a computer in sight.
Originally established in Camberwell, the office was moved to Kennington in 2005. In 2008, the staff expanded, and accounting services were added to the company offering. In 2014 the company was incorporated to FBS Accounting Services Ltd under the current management after Richard retired. After enduring the pandemic and the London floods in the summer of 2020, we relocated our office to Camberwell in 2021.
Our staff comes from a diverse backgrounds and experience. Lisa, the current director immigrated, to the United Kingdom from the United States in 2008. Her business partner, Vivienne, was born and raised in South East London. Both have a wealth of experience and knowledge across many industries helping our clients by understanding their business and careers. We all have families and life beyond our business. We work to live, not live to work. Work life balance is key to success!
Our clients come in all different shapes, sizes, and industries; tradespeople, plumbers, electricians, black cab drivers, mini cab drivers, e-commerce, project managers, health workers, public Houses, cafés, restaurants, property portfolios, landlords and more.
As a business, in the past 8 years, we homed in on working with the creative industries; the creative arts, fashion, music and film. Whether you are an artist, an actor, a designer, a writer, or anything in between we have experience in your unique field.

The service we offer is not billed by the hour, and we make ourselves available to our clients throughout the year.
